CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel your order, send an email to contact@barxdogs.nl as soon as possible, we will do our utmost to cancel your order. If an order is already ready for shipment, it can unfortunately no longer be canceled.

RETURN

Products purchased in our webshop may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Send an email to returns@barxdogs.nl within 7 days of receipt

It should include the following:
- Name
- Order number
- E-mail address used when ordering
- Name of product to be returned
- Reason for return

The buyer is responsible for the return of the products and the additional shipping costs. We will reply to your email within 2 working days. Here you will receive information and instructions for return shipment.

Products must be returned to us in their original and perfect condition. Clean and hair free.  
 

EXCHANGES

Products purchased in our webshop may be exchanged for a store credit or a refund within 14 days of receipt. This allows a new order to be placed for alternative products and / or sizes. Send an email to contact@barxdogs.nl within 7 days of receipt

The responsibility for the shipping costs for the return shipment and / or the new order rests with the buyer.

We cannot guarantee that the alternative size and / or products are still in stock. Therefore, check the size charts carefully before placing an order. For help with measuring and sizing, send an email to contact@barxdogs.nl, we are happy to help!
