A mix of all collections (excluding teddy and waterproof)
What if I receive a design I don't like?
That is the risk of a mystery bow tie (and that's why the price is so low), unfortunately they cannot be exchanged/returned.
If I buy several in one order, will I get the same one?
No, we ensure that you always receive different designs.
I chose a collar for a boy dog, but I don't think this is a boy design
We try our best to choose the most "masculine" designs for the male dogs, but opinions differ on this
If I buy a Mystery collar AND Mystery bow tie in one order, will they match?
We try to do this, provided there is enough stock.
Can I indicate a preference?
No. You can note in your order which one(s) you already have, but we can NOT guarantee that you will get a different one than you already own (due to stock). Of course we will do our best.
